An economical solution for many Clients is to renovate an existing building. MAG4's experience in the scope of renovation projects ranges from large scale roof replacement projects and systems upgrades, to interior space renovations and the build-out of existing commercial tenant spaces.
MAG4, Inc. works with Clients to develop a program that is a roadmap for the design of the entire project. This essential process helps the client identify their named requirements and determines how they are interrelated.
Creating a project schedule is a valuable planning tool which can be updated throughout design and construction to reflect actual progress and adapt to various circumstances saving the Client time and money; and facilitates the collaboration of all parties.
Programming and Scheduling may include complex parameters like continuous 24/7 operations, sensitive materials and security protocols, and/or coordination of existing personnel.
